The invention provides a rapid butt-joint assembly and a rapid butt-joint mechanism. The rapid butt-joint assembly comprises an inserting table and a base. The inserting table comprises a first fixedportion, an inserting connecting portion and an extending portion located between the first fixed portion and the inserting connecting portion. The inserting connecting portion is arranged on the extending portion in a convex manner, and a step face is formed between the inserting connecting portion and the extending portion. The base comprises a second fixed portion and multiple fins connected tothe second fixed portion, and the multiple fins are arranged in a surrounding manner. The inserting table can penetrate through an opening defined by the multiple fins through elastic expansion of the fins, the fins can elastically contract and gather around the extending portion, and the end faces of the fins are opposite to the step face of the inserting table. At least one through hole is formed in at least one fin.
