The invention provides a rapid butt-joint assembly and a rapid butt-joint mechanism. The rapid butt-joint assembly comprises an inserting table and a base. The inserting table comprises a first fixedportion, an inserted connecting portion and an extending portion located between the first fixed portion and the inserted connection portion, the inserted connecting portion is arranged on the extending portion in a protruding manner, and a step face is formed between the inserted connecting portion and the extending portion. The base comprises a second fixed portion and multiple fins connected tothe second fixed portion, and the multiple fins are arranged in a manner of surrounding one another. The inserting table can penetrate through an opening defined by the multiple fins through elasticexpanding of the fins, the fins can elastically contract and surround the extending portion, and the end faces of the fine are opposite to the step face of the inserting table. A gap is formed betweenevery two fins, and the areas of the end faces of the fins is at least one half of the area of a ring formed by the end faces of the fins. In the rapid butt-joint assembly, the enough contact area can be formed between the fins and the inserting table so as to keep the end faces of the fins and the step face in stable cooperation.
