The invention provides a pile head breaking device and a construction method thereof. The pile head breaking device comprises a shell, a high-pressure injection device and a clamping device. The shellis of a semi-closed structure with a downward opening, a pile head accommodating cavity is formed in the semi-closed structure, at least two rows of first mounting hole layers are arranged on the side wall of the shell, first mounting holes are formed in the first mounting hole layers, and a second mounting hole is formed in the top of the shell. The high-pressure injection device comprises firstnozzles arranged in the first mounting holes, a first power device for providing high-pressure injection power for the first nozzles, a second nozzle arranged in the second mounting hole, and a second power device for providing high-pressure injection power for the second nozzle; and the clamping device comprises a clamping structure arranged at the open end of the shell and a third power devicefor providing clamping power for the clamping structure. By means of the device, the problems that in the prior art, a lot of dust and noises are generated in the pile head breaking process and pile heads or steel bars are damaged are solved.
本发明提供一种桩头破除装置及其施工方法,其中,桩头破除装置包括外壳、高压喷射装置和夹持装置;外壳为开口向下的半封闭式结构,半封闭式结构内部形成桩头容置腔,在外壳的侧壁上设置有至少两排第一安装孔层,在第一安装孔层上设置有第一安装孔,在外壳的顶部设置有第二安装孔;高压喷射装置包括设置在第一安装孔内的第一喷嘴、为第一喷嘴提供高压喷射动力的第一动力装置、设置在第二安装孔内的第二喷嘴,为第二喷嘴提供高压喷射动力的第二动力装置;夹持装置包括设置在外壳的开口端的夹持结构和为夹持结构提供夹持动力的第三动力装置。利用本发明解决了现有技术中破除桩头过程中产生大量粉尘和噪音以及对桩头或钢筋造成损坏等问题。
