The invention discloses a pile head breaking device and a construction method thereof. The pile head breaking device is applied to a cast-in-place pile; reinforcing steel bars are arranged at the top of the cast-in-place pile and evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the cast-in-place pile; the pile head breaking device comprises a hanging ring, a top plate, a steel sleeve, and an annular steel plate; the steel sleeve is composed of a plurality of steel pipes; the steel pipes are evenly distributed at intervals in the vertical state in the circumferential direction of the annular steel plate; the top plate is arranged at the top of the steel sleeve; the top of the top plate is provided with a hanging ring allowing a hook to penetrate through so as to facilitate hoisting; a penetrating hole is formed in the center of the annular steel plate; and when the cast-in-place pile is poured through concrete, laitance can float upwards through the penetrating hole. 本发明公开了一种破桩头装置及其施工方法,所述破桩头装置应用于浇筑的灌注桩上,并在灌注桩的顶部设有钢筋,所述钢筋沿其周向均匀分布,破桩头装置包括有吊环、顶板、钢套管和圆环形钢板,钢套管由若干根钢管组成,多根钢管沿圆环形钢板的周向呈垂直状态间隔均匀分布,顶板设于钢套管的顶部,在顶板顶部设有供挂钩穿设以方便起吊的吊环,并在圆环形钢板中心设有穿设孔,采用混凝土浇筑灌注桩时,利用穿设孔可使浮浆能上浮。采用本发明所述的破桩头装置,能够实现快速剔除桩头的目的,具有剔除简便、省时省力、节省成本、保护钢筋免被破坏等优势。同时还减少破除时所产生的粉尘,提高工地文明施工水平,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。
