本发明公开了一种破桩头装置及其施工方法，所述破桩头装置应用于浇筑的灌注桩上，并在灌注桩的顶部设有钢筋，所述钢筋沿其周向均匀分布，破桩头装置包括有吊环、顶板、钢套管和圆环形钢板，钢套管由若干根钢管组成，多根钢管沿圆环形钢板的周向呈垂直状态间隔均匀分布，顶板设于钢套管的顶部，在顶板顶部设有供挂钩穿设以方便起吊的吊环，并在圆环形钢板中心设有穿设孔，采用混凝土浇筑灌注桩时，利用穿设孔可使浮浆能上浮。采用本发明所述的破桩头装置，能够实现快速剔除桩头的目的，具有剔除简便、省时省力、节省成本、保护钢筋免被破坏等优势。同时还减少破除时所产生的粉尘，提高工地文明施工水平，具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。
