The invention relates to a polyurethane foam insulation material easy to install and a preparation method and an installation method thereof. A warp-knitted spacer fabric is used as a framework and isprovided with an upper layer, a lower layer and a connecting layer, wherein yarns of the lower layer and spacer yarns of the connecting layer are arranged intermittently in the width direction of thefabric, and therefore the warp-knitted spacer fabric has an open hollow section running through the fabric longitudinally. A heat insulation connector is inserted into the section, and a buckling piece is arranged on a wall to be buckled with the heat insulation connector. The warp-knitted fabric with the open hollow section is integrally formed by using a double-needle bar warp knitting processand is used as the framework of the polyurethane foam insulation material, so that the polyurethane foam insulation material can effectively solve the technical problems of unstable connection betweenthe polyurethane insulation material and a fastener, tedious installation steps and the insufficient combination of the foam insulation material and the wall.
