Silicon dioxide aerogel-polyurethane foam composite thermal insulation material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a silicon dioxide aerogel-polyurethane foam composite thermal insulation material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps of 1, modifying silicon dioxide aerogel according to required use functions; 2, adding silicon dioxide aerogel into a polyurethane foam prefabricated material, and dispersing to obtain an aerogel-polyurethane foam mixture; and 3, coating the obtained mixture on a construction surface. The essence of the technology is that the silicon dioxide aerogel is an inactive inorganic matter system with good stability, the polyurethane foam is an active organic matter system, and the silicon dioxide aerogel and the polyurethane foam are not subjected to chemical reaction and are only subjected to physical dispersion, so that the chemical reaction change of the polyurethane foam is not caused, and meanwhile, the conventional polyurethane foam has the advantage of extremely low thermal conductivity of aerogel. According to the invention, a conventional polyurethane foaming system is adopted as a material system, so that the process is simple to operate, low in cost and easy to popularize.
本发明涉及一种采用二氧化硅气凝胶‑聚氨酯发泡胶复合保温材料及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、根据所需使用功能进行二氧化硅气凝胶改性;步骤二、将二氧化硅气凝胶加入聚氨酯发泡胶预制料中,分散得到气凝胶‑聚氨酯发泡胶混合物;步骤三、将所得混合物涂覆至施工表面。由于本发明技术的本质是二氧化硅气凝胶为稳定性好不活泼的无机物体系,聚氨酯发泡胶为活泼的有机物体系,两者不发生化学反应仅进行物理分散,因此本发明不会导致聚氨酯发泡胶本身的化学反应变化,同时使常规聚氨酯发泡胶可兼具气凝胶的极低导热率优点。本发明在材料体系上采用常规聚氨酯发泡体系,因此工艺操作简单、成本低、易于推广。
