The structural reinforcing part applied to the post-grouting type prefabricated slab has two connecting surfaces which are oppositely arranged, the two connecting surfaces are used for being fixedly connected with base plates, the structural reinforcing part further has at least two strengthening surfaces, the strengthening surfaces are arranged to be perpendicular to the connecting surfaces, at least one of the strengthening surfaces is perpendicular to the other strengthening surfaces, and each strengthening surface is provided with through holes. The post-grouting type prefabricated slab is suitable for building prefabricated concrete buildings and has the advantages that construction is easy, convenient and efficient, compared with prefabricated units formed in the mode that concrete is poured in advance, the concrete can be conveniently poured on the site for building construction, and therefore the higher civil engineering quality is achieved.
