The invention provides a production process of a steel pipe pile for a bridge applicable to the marine environment. The production process of the steel pipe pile for the bridge applicable to the marine environment comprises the following steps of S1, preparing polyether-ether-ketone anti-corrosion wear-resistant emulsion; S2, adopting the steel pipe pile, heating the steel pipe pile by utilizing aquenching furnace, and derusting a rear surface by sandblast, wherein the temperature range of heating ranges from 800 to 850 DEG C; S3, spraying or roll-coating the polyether-ether-ketone anti-corrosion wear-resistant emulsion prepared in the S1 to the surface of the steel pipe pile treated through the S2, and high-temperature baking at 400 DEG C to form a film after surface drying, wherein thebaking duration time ranges from 1 to 2h; and after spraying the polyether-ether-ketone anti-corrosion wear-resistant emulsion to a connector part of the steel pipe pile, treating by adopting medium frequency heating or infrared heating. The composite steel pipe pile prepared through the process can last for 15000h in a neutral salt spray resistance test, and has super-long-acting chemical corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The wear-resistant bearing capacity of the steel pipe pile is effectively improved, meanwhile, the service life of the steel pipe pile is prolonged, and the servicelives of a large-scale sea-crossing bridge, a tunnel and a building are effectively guaranteed.
本发明提供了一种适用于海工环境的桥梁用钢管桩的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:S1.制备聚醚醚酮防腐耐磨乳液;S2.取钢管桩利用淬火炉对钢管桩进行加热,加热的温度范围为800~850℃,后表面喷砂除锈;S3.将S1制得的聚醚醚酮防腐耐磨乳液喷涂或滚涂至经S2处理的钢管桩表面,待表面干燥后经400℃高温烘烤成膜,烘烤持续时间1~2h;对钢管桩接头部分,喷涂聚醚醚酮防腐耐磨乳液后采用中频加热或红外加热处理。通过本工艺制得的复合钢管桩耐中性盐雾实验可达15000h,具备超长效的耐化学腐蚀、耐磨性的性能。有效提升钢管桩抗磨承载力同时,提升钢管桩的使用寿命,有效保障了大型跨海桥梁、隧道、建筑物的使用寿命。
