The invention provides a corrosion-resistant high-strength steel wire production process which comprises the following steps of S1, preparing a high-strength steel wire; S2, preparing polyether-ether-ketone mixed liquor; S3, soaking the high-strength steel wire prepared in the S1 into the polyether-ether-ketone mixed liquor prepared in the S2, heating to 400 DEG C, and then keeping warm for 2 to 3h; S4, putting the treated high-strength steel wire in an air circulation cooling environment, and quickly cooling to the normal temperature by utilizing air. The corrosion-resistant high-strength steel wire prepared through the process can last for more than 15000h in a neutral salt spray resistance test, and can resist corrosion for 100 to 120 years under the atmospheric environment. The high-strength steel wire can realize super-long-acting chemical corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, radiation resistance, delamination resistance and hydrolysis resistance, can be well appliedto the manufacturing of steel pulling cables, suspender ropes and tie bar ropes for extra-large bridges, suspension bridge slings and cables for special structures, and can be applied to the manufacturing of other steel wire ropes.
