The high-strength corrosion-resistant steel corrugated pipe comprises a steel corrugated pipe body, the two ends of the steel corrugated pipe body are fixedly connected with a connecting ring A and a connecting ring B correspondingly, reinforcing assembly plates are symmetrically embedded in the inner sides of the connecting rings, and reinforcing assembly grooves are symmetrically formed in the inner sides of the connecting rings B; splicing holes are formed in the outer portions of the reinforcing splicing plates and the connecting rings B. The connecting rings A and the connecting rings B which are adjacent in the axial direction are axially connected through a plurality of bolt pieces, and connecting pieces used for reinforcing the connectivity of the connecting rings A and the connecting rings B are arranged between the connecting rings A and the connecting rings B which are adjacent in the axial direction. Under the condition that the structure of the steel corrugated pipe is not damaged, the connecting ring A and the connecting ring B are preliminarily connected through the connecting piece, the connecting ring A and the connecting ring B are fixedly connected through the bolt piece, and the axial connection strength between the two adjacent steel corrugated pipes can be enhanced through mutual cooperation of preliminary connection of the connecting piece and fastening connection of the bolt piece; therefore, the overall bearing capacity is improved.
本发明公开了一种高强度耐腐蚀的钢波纹管及制备工艺，包括钢波纹管，钢波纹管的两端分别固定连接有连接环A和连接环B，连接环的内侧轴对称嵌固有加强拼装板，连接环B的内侧轴对称开设有加强拼装槽，加强拼装板和连接环B的外部均开设有拼装孔，轴向相邻的连接环A和连接环B之间通过若干个螺栓件轴向连接，轴向相邻的连接环A和连接环B之间设置有用于加强二者连接性的连接件。本发明可在不破坏钢波纹管结构的情况下，使得连接件对连接环A和连接环B进行初步连接，螺栓件对连接环A和连接环B进行紧固连接，而连接件的初步连接与螺栓件的紧固连接相互配合可增强相邻的两个钢波纹管之间的轴向连接强度，从而提高了整体的承载能力。
