The invention discloses a machining technology for a heating floor board. The machining technology comprises the following steps of A, burdening, B, component machining, C, assembling, D, surface coating of a wooden product, and E, machining of a wire duct for a heating cable; and a ventilation device in a drying kiln comprises a protective shell, an induced draft fan arranged in the protective shell, a protective cover arranged on one side of the protective shell, connecting bolts used for connecting the protective shell with the drying kiln, a first protective washer, a second protective washer, a first protective shaft sleeve and a second protective shaft sleeve, wherein the first protective washer and the second protective washer are arranged at the joint of the connecting bolt, and the first protective shaft sleeve and the second protective shaft sleeve are arranged on the two sides of the protective shell correspondingly. According to the machining technology, air in the drying kiln and outside air can conveniently generate convection through the induced draft fan, the protective shell and the drying kiln can be conveniently connected through the connecting bolts, and therefore the connecting stability of the protective shell and the drying kiln is effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种发热地板板材用加工工艺,包括以下步骤:A:配料、B:构件加工、C:装配、D:木制品的表面涂饰、E:对加热线缆用线槽的加工;其中所述干燥窑中的通风装置包括防护外壳、设置在所述防护外壳内的引风扇、设置在所述防护外壳一侧的防护罩、用于将所述防护外壳与干燥窑相连接的连接螺栓、设置在所述连接螺栓与防护外壳相连接处的第一防护垫圈和第二防护垫圈以及分别设置在所述防护外壳两侧的第一防护轴套和第二防护轴套。本发明便于通过引风扇将干燥窑内的空气与外界的空气产生对流,且便于通过连接螺栓将防护外壳与干燥窑相连接,进而有效的提高了防护外壳与干燥窑连接的稳定性。
