The invention relates to the field of concrete, in particular to a heat-preserving and moisture-preserving device for concrete. The heat-preserving and moisture-preserving device for the concrete comprises an outer frame, a protective layer, a water-resisting layer, a heat-preserving layer, a waterproof layer and a wetting layer; the protective layer, the water-resisting layer, the heat-preservinglayer, the waterproof layer and the wetting layer are sequentially arranged on the inner end surface of the outer frame of the device from top to bottom; and a water filling nozzle is formed in the lower end of the frame, and the water filling nozzle is connected with the wetting layer. According to the heat-preserving and moisture-preserving device for the concrete, the problem that an existingconcrete heat-preserving and moisture-preserving effect is not ideal enough is solved; and the device has the advantages that the concrete can keep certain humidity, the water injection frequency is reduced, and therefore waste of water resources is reduced.
