Baking-free aggregates prepared from iron tailings and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of baking-free aggregates prepared from iron tailings. The preparation method comprises the following steps: taking the iron tailings with the particle size of 150 microns or below as raw material fine powder; mixing and stirring the raw material fine powder, a binder, a reinforcing agent and an additive according to a mass part ratio of (60-85): (10-30): (3-10): (1-7); granulating to obtain aggregate semi-finished products; screening aggregate semi-finished product with the particle size of 4.75 mm or below as a fine aggregate, taking the aggregatesemi-finished product with the particle size of more than 4.75 mm as a coarse aggregate; preserving moisture and maintaining for 1-28 days at the temperature of 20-80 DEG C to obtain baking-free fineand coarse aggregates; the invention further discloses the baking-free aggregate prepared from the iron tailings. Iron tailing powder with small particle size is used as a raw material to prepare unfired fine and coarse aggregates; by adjusting the proportion of the raw material fine powder, the binder, the reinforcing agent and the additive, the overall compactness, early strength and impermeability of the product are enhanced, high-temperature sintering is not needed, the production energy consumption cost and smoke dust processing cost are reduced, secondary pollution is avoided, and sufficient resource utilization is achieved.
本发明公开利用铁尾矿制备的免烧骨料的制备方法,包括取粒径为150μm以下的铁尾矿作为原料细粉;取所述原料细粉、粘结剂、增强剂和添加剂按质量份数比为60~85:10~30:3~10:1~7进行混合搅拌;造粒得到骨料半成品;筛选粒径为4.75mm以下的骨料半成品作为细骨料,反之作为粗骨料;在20~80℃保湿养护1~28天,得到免烧细、粗骨料;还公开利用铁尾矿制备的免烧骨料。采用粒径小的铁尾矿粉末作为原料制备免烧细、粗骨料,通过调节原料细粉、粘结剂、增强剂和添加剂之间的配比,增强产品整体致密性、早期强度和抗渗性能,无需高温烧结,降低生产能耗成本和烟尘处理成本,避免造成二次污染,得到充分的资源化利用。
