The invention discloses coastal area silt solidified soil. The coastal area silt solidified soil is formed by rolling coastal area waste silt, an inorganic composite curing agent and water for forming, wherein the inorganic composite curing agent accounts for 1%-10% of the dry mass of the silt, and the addition amount of the water is added according to the optimal moisture content of the cured soil mixture, wherein the compaction degree is controlled to be not less than 93%, wherein the inorganic composite curing agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 85 to 95%of a main curing agent and 5 to 15% of an additive; wherein the main curing agent is prepared from 30%-70% of cement and 30%-70% of lime; wherein the additive is prepared from 20%-40% of polyaluminumchloride, 20%-40% of polyferric chloride, 10%-30% of active magnesium oxide, 10%-30% of calcium sulfate, 5%-30% of calcium chloride and 5%-30% of calcium carbonate. The coastal area silt solidified soil is prepared by adopting an efficient inorganic composite curing agent formula; the compressive strength, water stability and cracking resistance of the silt in the coastal area can be effectively improved, the problem that traditional cement and lime are poor in silt solidification effect on the coastal area with the high salt content is solved, and the obtained coastal area silt solidified soil can be used for roadbed filling and base layer and subbase layer building.
本发明公开了一种滨海地区粉土固化土,由滨海地区废弃粉土、无机复合固化剂和水碾压成型。其中,无机复合固化剂占粉土干质量1%‑10%,水的添加量按照固化土混合料最佳含水率添加。压实度控制在不小于93%。所述无机复合固化剂按质量百分比计,由主固化剂85%‑95%,外加剂5%‑15%组成;其中主固化剂由水泥30%‑70%,石灰30%‑70%组成;外加剂由聚合氯化铝20%‑40%、聚合氯化铁20%‑40%、活性氧化镁10%‑30%、硫酸钙10%‑30%、氯化钙5%‑30%和碳酸钙5%‑30%组成。通过采用高效的无机复合固化剂配方制备滨海地区粉土固化土,可以有效提高滨海地区粉土的抗压强度、水稳定性和抗开裂性能,解决了传统水泥、石灰对含盐量较高的滨海地区的粉土固化效果差的难题,得到的粉土固化土可以用作路基填筑、基层及底基层修筑。
