Heat-insulating anticorrosive coating for concrete surface and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a heat-insulating anticorrosive coating for a concrete surface. The heat-insulating anticorrosive coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 to 200 parts of a phosphate adhesive, 150 to 200 parts of metal hydroxide, 120 to 200 parts of deionized water, 20 to 40 parts of calcium oxide, 10 to 30 parts of heat-insulating particles, 50 to 100 parts of nanometer aluminum oxide, 10 to 20 parts of a dispersing agent and 10 to 50 parts of a retarder. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the heat-insulating anticorrosive coating for theconcrete surface. The heat-insulating anticorrosive coating for the concrete surface provided by the invention can be cured at normal temperature to form a film, so high-temperature firing on the concrete surface is eliminated; phosphate has high temperature resistance; and the calcium oxide compound compatible with concrete is added, so the problem of insufficient cohesiveness between the phosphate adhesive and the concrete is solved.
