Graphene oxide geopolymer anticorrosive coating and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a graphene oxide geopolymer anticorrosive coating. The anticorrosive coating is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of fly ash; 20 to 30 parts of sodium silicate; 2-5 parts of sodium hydroxide; 5 to 10 parts of water; and 0-10 parts of graphene oxide. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the graphene oxide geopolymer anticorrosive coating, which comprises the following steps: preparing a graphene oxide geopolymer solution, and coating the prepared graphene oxide geopolymer solution on the surface of a pre-prepared reinforced concrete base material. A graphene oxide geopolymer anticorrosive coating, a coated steel bar sample coated with the graphene oxide geopolymer anticorrosive coating and a coated concrete sample coated with the graphene oxide geopolymer anticorrosive coating are prepared, and the coated steel bar sample and the coated concrete sample are subjected to corrosion resistance testing and electrochemical performance testing. The flaky graphene oxide is introduced into a fly ash geopolymer matrix, and the prepared graphene oxide geopolymer coating has excellent corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, resistance and the like.
