The lifting guide rail adjusting mechanism comprises a transverse sliding piece, a rotary bracket, rotary oil cylinders, a transverse angle adjusting oil cylinder and a lifting guide rail, wherein the top of one end of the transverse sliding piece is hinged to the bottom of the rotary bracket through two rotary lug components; rotary oil cylinder brackets are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of one end of the transverse sliding piece; the top of one end of each of the rotary oil cylinder brackets is connected with one side of the rotary bracket through the corresponding rotary oil cylinder; one end of the top of the rotary bracket is connected with the fixed end of thetransverse angle adjusting oil cylinder through a first connecting shaft; the other end of the top of the rotary bracket is connected with one side of the bottom of the lifting guide rail through a connecting component; and one side of the top of the lifting guide rail is connected with the output end of the transverse angle adjusting oil cylinder through a second connecting shaft.
