The invention discloses a building foundation pile fastening device capable of being adjusted in term of size of a pile body. The device comprises a cylinder encircled by two arc-shaped plates, wherein a plurality of fixed frames are connected to the outer side of the cylinder in a clamping manner; each fixed frame comprises a pair of fastening shafts; two ends of each fastening shaft are separately connected through a connecting mechanism; leaning blocks are arranged on the inner walls of the connecting mechanisms and the fastening shafts; the leaning blocks lean against the arc-shaped plates; chutes are formed in the fastening shafts; stripe-type racks are arranged on one sides of the chutes; and adjusting mechanisms are symmetrically mounted on the fastening shafts. A fastening structure is spliced by the two deformable and bendable arc-shaped plates, and the change of size dimension of the foundation pile can be fit well according to the splicing mode. Meanwhile, by mounting the fixed frames around the pile body, the arc-shaped plates are matched with the adjusting mechanisms and the bending degrees of the arc-shaped plates are changed under the action of pressure, so that a proper dimensional requirement is met.
