The invention relates to a shockproof intelligent house and a using method thereof. The shockproof intelligent house comprises a base and a house main body arranged in the base, wherein the base comprises a magnet body, an induction coil is arranged on the surface of the house main body contacting with the base, and the induction coil generates a magnetic field with the same polarity as a magnet when being electrified; the house main body comprises an earthquake detection part and a control part, the earthquake detection part is used for detecting seismic wave signals and transmitting the seismic wave signals to the control part; and the control part controls the induction coil to be powered on or off according to the seismic wave signals. According to the invention, the house is separatedfrom the ground when an earthquake occurs, so that damage to the house caused by seismic waves is avoided, and casualties in the earthquake can be effectively reduced.
