The shear wall rebar positioning device comprises a fixing ruler and a fixed base, and the fixed base is mounted at the lowerend of the fixing ruler; and the fixing ruler is of a long-strip-shaped structure, a plurality of rebar clamping openings are evenly distributed in the fixing ruler, and each rebar clamping opening isof a semi-circular groove structure. Horizontal rebars are positioned through the rebar clamping openings in the fixing ruler, the intervals between the rebar clamping openings are the same, thus thepositioned horizontal rebars are also distributed at equal intervals, material waste is avoided, and the quality of a shear wall is also ensured.
