The invention relates to a novel assembly type building component and a mated knob type hanger. A blocking part is delicately pre-embedded into a prefabricated part as a direct stress structure for hanging, and the original groove for directly exposing and hanging reinforcements is replaced, so that on one hand, the trouble of digging out soft solid embedded into the groove in a labor-wasting time-wasting mode in a manufacturing process for the original assembly type building component is solved, on the other hand, mounting between the hanger and the blocking part is easier and is more convenient relative to an existing structure. Meanwhile, the blocking part is fixedly connected to the reinforcements in the prefabricated part, so that the structure is very stable and reliable; and a hanging process is safer after the hanger and the blocking part are mounted.
本发明涉及一种新型的装配式建筑构件及配套的旋钮式吊具，通过巧妙地在所述预制件内预埋了一个卡合部件作为起吊的直接受力结构，取代了原有直接暴露吊挂钢筋的凹槽，一方面解决了原先装配式建筑构件制造过程中需要费工费时地将凹槽位置埋设的软性固体凿出的麻烦；另一方面，相较于现有的结构，本发明的吊具与卡合部件之间的安装变得更加轻松、便捷；同时，由于所述卡合部件与预制件内的钢筋固定相连，结构非常稳固可靠，吊具与安装卡合部件安装完成后起吊过程更加安全。
