The invention discloses an outer protection hanger lifting construction method for an assembly type building, and belongs to a construction method for an outer wall hanger of a building. The construction method comprises the following steps of longitudinally mounting at least two wall-attached supports on a floor or an outer wall of the building, then, longitudinally penetrating anti-falling guide rails on an outer protection hanger through the at least two wall-attached supports, and pulling and hoisting the outer protection hanger through external hoisting equipment, so that the outer protection hanger vertically ascends along the at least two wall-attached supports through the anti-falling guide rails so as to complete ascending of the outer protection hanger. The outer protection hanger is designed to be of an integral structure, lifting of the outer protection hanger can be achieved through the hoisting equipment on an assembly type building construction site, fixing can be completed through the anti-falling guide rails and the wall-attached supports installed on the building floor or the outer wall, and therefore when the outer protection hanger needs to be lifted, the outer protection hanger can be integrally lifted and then fixed again only by disassembling the wall-attached supports, the outer protection hanger does not need to be disassembled in the construction process, and the construction efficiency is effectively improved.
