The invention discloses a construction method of an open-cut subway tunnel cross a fault. The construction method comprises the steps that a tunnel pit is excavated in an area across the fault, a tunnel lining is poured in the tunnel pit, and the tunnel pit is filled with soil. The construction method is characterized in that the tunnel lining is poured in the tunnel pit specifically as follows: the tunnel lining is poured in the tunnel pit with fiber concrete section by section, wherein a 10-20 cm deformation joint (3) is arranged between every two sections of the tunnel lining, the length ofthe sections of the tunnel lining within a fracture zone (1) of the fault is 5-10m, the length of the sections of the tunnel lining in a transition zone (2) of the fault is 8-15m, the cross section of the tunnel lining is in the shape of an arch with an arched upper part and a rectangular lower part, the arched upper part is in arc transition with the rectangular lower part, and the depth-span ratio of the arched upper part is 1/5-1/12. The open-cut subway tunnel constructed through the construction method has good anti-dislocation performance and anti-seismic performance.
本发明公开了一种跨越断层的明挖地铁隧道的修建方法,包括在跨越断层区域内开挖隧道坑、在隧道坑内浇筑隧道衬砌、回填覆盖土体等操作,其特征在于:所述的在隧道坑内浇筑隧道衬砌的具体作法是:在隧道坑内,用钢纤维混凝土,分节段浇筑隧道衬砌,隧道衬砌的节段间设置10cm‑20cm的变形缝(3);且在断层的破碎带(1)区域内的隧道衬砌的节段长度为5‑10m,在断层的过渡带(2)的隧道衬砌的节段长度为8‑15m;所述的隧道衬砌的断面,均呈上拱下方的拱门形,且在上部的拱形与下部的矩形交接处以圆弧过渡;上部的拱形的高跨比为1/5‑1/12。用该法修建的明挖地铁隧道具有良好的抗错动和抗震性能。
