The invention discloses a construction method of a subway shield tunnel underneath passing through a viaduct tunnel. The construction method comprises the following steps: 1) mathematical simulation analysis and three-dimensional modeling analysis; (2) construction parameters are formulated; (3) drilling a cast-in-place pile; (4) sleeve valve pipe grouting; 5) real-time monitoring; (6) tunnel segments are additionally installed; (7) reinforcing tunnel segments; and 8) sealing. The invention belongs to the technical field of viaduct shield tunnel construction, and particularly relates to a construction method for a subway shield tunnel to underpass a viaduct tunnel, which comprises the following steps of: analyzing and optimizing engineering design and a construction scheme, formulating an engineering control standard, taking pre-reinforcement measures on the subway tunnel and optimizing shield tunneling parameters; the construction control measures of skylight period crossing, strict control of tunneling parameters, strict control of unearthing amount, reinforced grouting and remote real-time monitoring are adopted, the deformation control theory of stress compensation and active underpinning of strata is adopted, the construction mode of skylight point construction is implemented, and tunnel pre-reinforcement treatment of segmented construction, single-line sequential crossing and skylight point construction modes is adopted.
