The gluing device comprises a first support, a material box assembly, a discharging controlling assembly and a glue controlling plate; the material box assembly comprises a material box and a discharging part, wherein the material box is arranged on the first supportand used for storing glue, the discharging part is arranged at the bottom of the material box and communicates with the material box, and the glue fall onto a to-be-glued piece through a discharging opening in the discharging part; the discharging controlling assembly is arranged at the discharging part and is used for opening or closing the discharging opening; and a glue adjusting plate is arranged at the discharging opening and used for adjusting the size of the discharging opening. According to the gluing device, the structure is compact, and glue discharging adjusting is convenient. The ceramic tile paving robot comprises the gluing device, and ceramic tile gluing can be conveniently adjusted.
