The invention discloses an industrial waste phosphogypsum treatment process which comprises the following steps: grinding phosphogypsum for 10-15 minutes at the grinding rotating speed of 200-300 r/min; uniformly mixing phosphogypsum and quick lime at the mass ratio of quick lime to phosphogypsum being 1: (30-40); then carrying out aging treatment; adding water into the phosphogypsum, filtering and drying; grinding the phosphogypsum for 20-30 min at the grinding rotating speed of 400-500 r/min; and adding water, filtering and drying; grinding the phosphogypsum for 20-30 min at the grinding rotating speed of 400-500 r/min; and adding water, filtering and drying. The phosphogypsum can be treated, and the recycling problem of the phosphogypsum is solved. The phosphogypsum provided by the invention has excellent mechanical properties.
