Skeleton compact type rubber asphalt ultrathin wearing layer and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a skeleton compact type rubber asphalt ultrathin wearing layer, comprising aggregate, rubber modified asphalt, an anti-stripping agent, a warm mixing agent and lignin fibers, wherein a paving thickness is 10-20 mm; the gradation type of the aggregate is a skeleton compact type, and the maximum nominal particle size of the aggregate is 9.5 mm; the rubber modified asphalt isprepared by adding 70-mesh waste rubber tire powder accounting for 17.5%-18.8% of the total mass of the rubber modified asphalt into A-grade 70 # road petroleum asphalt, and conducting heating, stirring and swelling; and the warm mixing agent is added to lower mixing and construction temperature. The rubber modified asphalt ultrathin wearing layer has favorable pavement performance, is energy-saving and environment-friendly, and has the advantages of high skid resistance and durability.
