The invention discloses a high-rubber asphalt ultrathin wearing layer and a construction method thereof. The high-rubber asphalt ultrathin wearing layer is mainly applied to preventive maintenance of high-grade asphalt pavements. The thickness of the high-glue ultra-thin wearing layer is 2.0-2.5 cm, and the high-glue ultra-thin wearing layer comprises a high-viscosity emulsified asphalt adhesive layer and a high-glue ultra-thin wearing layer arranged on the high-viscosity emulsified asphalt adhesive layer. The high-glue ultrathin wearing layer mixture is prepared from the following skeleton dense components in parts by weight: 100 parts of mineral aggregate, which comprises 64-72 parts of coarse aggregate, 24-32 parts of fine aggregate and 3-5 parts of mineral powder filler; and 5.0 to 5.5 parts of high glue modified asphalt. Compared with the prior art, the high-rubber ultra-thin wearing layer formed by combining the high-rubber asphalt mixture provided by the invention with a corresponding construction method has the advantages that the high-quality high-rubber asphalt is used as an asphalt cementing material, and the UTCA-10 grading type with a dense framework is combined, so that the high-temperature rutting resistance, the fatigue resistance and the aging resistance of the ultra-thin wearing layer are remarkably improved; the waste tire rubber powder is doped into the high-rubber asphalt, so that the pavement flatness and the skid resistance are improved, the noise is reduced, the black pollution can be reduced, the energy is saved, the emission is reduced, and the economic and social benefits are remarkable.
本发明公开了一种高胶沥青超薄磨耗层及其施工方法,主要应用于高等级沥青路面的预防性养护。所述高胶超薄磨耗层的厚度为2.0~2.5cm,其包括高黏乳化沥青粘层及设在其上的高胶沥青超薄磨耗层。所述高胶超薄磨耗层混合料采用以下用量比的骨架密实成分构成:矿料100份,包括粗集料64~72份,细集料24~32份,矿粉填料3~5份;高胶改性沥青5.0~5.5份。与现有技术相比,本发明提供的高胶沥青混合料结合对应施工方法形成的高胶超薄磨耗层,优势在于以高品的高胶沥青为沥青胶结料,结合骨架密实的UTCA‑10级配类型,显著提高了超薄磨耗层的高温抗车辙性能、抗疲劳特性和耐老化性能;高胶沥青中废旧轮胎胶粉的掺入,在提升路面平整度、抗滑性能和降噪同时,可减少“黑色污染”,节能减排,经济和社会效益显著。
