The invention provides a preparation device of scandium oxide stabilized zirconia powder. The device comprises a scandium-containing zirconium-containing solution supply unit, a precipitator supply unit, a microwave or ultrasonic reactor, a filtering unit, a washing unit, a drying unit and a calcining unit, wherein the microwave or ultrasonic reactor is used for carrying out coprecipitation reaction on the scandium-zirconium mixed solution under the condition of microwave heating or ultrasonic waves; the filtering unit is provided with a precipitated material inlet and a precipitated colloid outlet; the precipitated material inlet is connected with the microwave or ultrasonic reactor; the washing unit is provided with a precipitation colloid inlet, a washing liquid inlet and a washing colloid outlet; the precipitation colloid inlet is connected with the precipitation colloid outlet; the drying unit is provided with a washing colloid inlet and a dry material outlet; the washing colloidinlet is connected with the washing colloid outlet; and the calcining unit is used for calcining the dry material discharged by the drying unit to obtain scandium oxide stabilized zirconia powder. Byutilizing the device, the problem that scandium-zirconium powder prepared by a coprecipitation method is easy to agglomerate is effectively solved.
