Scandium oxide stabilized zirconia powder and preparation method thereof
The invention provides scandium oxide stabilized zirconia powder and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the steps: S1, adding a dispersing agent into a scandium-containing and zirconium-containing solution to obtain a scandium-zirconium mixed solution, wherein the dispersing agent is one or more of a polyenol high-molecular polymer, an ammonium salt of polyenol, a polyalcohol high-molecular polymer, a polyenoic acid high-molecular polymer, an ammonium salt of polyenoic acid and monobasic fatty alcohol of C2 to C6; S2, adding a precipitator into the scandium-zirconium mixed solution to regulate the pH value of the system to 7-11, and carrying out precipitation reaction to obtain a scandium-zirconium precursor solution; S3, filtering the scandium-zirconium precursor solutionto obtain a precipitate; and then sequentially carrying out water washing, alcohol washing and drying on the precipitate to obtain a scandium-zirconium precursor; and S4, calcining the scandium-zirconium precursor to obtain the scandium oxide stabilized zirconium oxide powder. According to the method, the ultrafine scandium oxide stabilized zirconia powder with uniform particle size and good dispersity is obtained, and improvement of the conductivity of the ultrafine scandium oxide stabilized zirconia powder serving as solid electrolyte powder is facilitated.
本发明提供了一种氧化钪稳定氧化锆粉体及其制备方法。该方法包括:S1,向含钪含锆溶液中加入分散剂,得到钪锆混合溶液;其中分散剂为聚烯醇类高分子聚合物、聚烯醇的铵盐、聚多元醇类高分子聚合物、聚烯酸类高分子聚合物、聚烯酸的铵盐、C至C的一元脂肪醇中的一种或多种;S2,向钪锆混合溶液中加入沉淀剂调节体系pH至7~11进行沉淀反应,得到钪锆前驱体溶液;S3,将钪锆前驱体溶液进行过滤,得到沉淀物;然后依次对沉淀物进行水洗、醇洗、干燥,得到钪锆前驱体;S4,煅烧钪锆前驱体,得到氧化钪稳定氧化锆粉体。该方法得到了粒度大小均匀和分散性良好的超细氧化钪稳定氧化锆粉体,有助于提高其作为固体电解质粉体的电导率。
