The invention provides a functional negative ion anti-formaldehyde ecological wallpaper and a preparation process thereof, and relates to the field of home decoration materials. The functional negative ion anti-formaldehyde ecological wallpaper comprises a wallpaper base paper and a functional coating uniformly coating the surface of the wallpaper base paper; the functional coating is prepared from, by weight, 20 to 30 parts of a VAE emulsion, 10 to 20 parts of a PU emulsion, 0.1 to 0.5 part of dibutyl phthalate, 1 to 5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.1 to 1 part of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 10 to15 parts of titanium dioxide, 8 to 12 parts of nanometer negative ion composite powder, 5 to 10 parts of bamboo charcoal, 0.1 to 0.5 part of a defoaming agent D-154, 0.1 to 0.5 part of a dispersing agent 5040, 0.1 to 0.5 part of a defoaming agent B-284, 0.1 to 0.5 part of a coalescing agent DPNB and 40 to 50 parts of deionized water; and the wallpaper base paper is manufactured by mixing PET negative ion fibers, polylactic acid fibers and paper pulp, dispersing, diluting to obtain a composite fiber slurry and processing the composite fiber slurry through a general process of wallpaper. The ecological wallpaper has excellent physical performances and antibacterial performance, is high in negative ion release amount and reaches a forest environment; and the formaldehyde resistance is high,and the indoor air quality can be effectively improved.
本发明提供一种功能型负离子抗甲醛生态壁纸及其制备工艺,涉及家居装饰材料领域,包括壁纸原纸和均匀涂覆在所述壁纸原纸表面的功能型涂料;所述功能型涂料以重量份数计包括以下组分:VAE乳液20‑30份、PU乳液10‑20份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯0.1‑0.5份、聚乙烯醇1‑5份、羟乙基纤维素0.1‑1份、钛白粉10‑15份、纳米负离子复合粉体8‑12份、竹炭5‑10份、消泡剂D‑154 0.1‑0.5份、分散剂50400.1‑0.5份、消泡剂B‑284 0.1‑0.5份、成膜助剂DPNB 0.1‑0.5份、去离子水40‑50份;所述壁纸原纸是将PET负离子纤维、聚乳酸纤维与纸浆混合分散稀释得到复合纤维浆液,然后按照壁纸的一般工艺制作得到,本发明生态壁纸具有优异的物理性能、抗菌性能、负离子释放量高,达到森林环境;而且抗甲醛性能强,可以有效提升室内空气质量。
