The invention discloses wallpaper with antibacterial, deodorizing and formaldehyde absorbing functions and a preparation method thereof. The wallpaper comprises a raw paper substrate, wherein an adsorption layer is adhered to the top of the raw paper substrate, and a non-woven fabric layer is adhered to the top of the adsorption layer. The preparation method of the wallpaper comprises the following steps of: S1, sending the raw paper substrate formed by mutually adhering multiple layers of raw paper into a production device, wherein the width of the raw paper is about 565MM, the basis weight is 100g, and the transverse soaking elongation is not more than 1.5%. According to the wallpaper disclosed by the invention, the adsorption layer formed by interweaving warp carbon fibers and weft carbon fibers at intervals can achieve the effects of resisting bacteria, deodorizing and absorbing formaldehyde, and a heat preservation layer formed by tightly interweaving warp cotton fibers and weft cotton fibers can achieve a better heat preservation and insulation effect of the wall; due to the non-woven fabric layer and a coating layer, the wear resistance and flame retardant property of the wallpaper can be improved; and due to a silica gel electric heating sheet, heating and dehumidification can be realized, and mold is prevented from being produced after the wallpaper is used for a long time; and due to the adhered activated carbon plate, the decorative part is conveniently detached and replaced.
本发明公开了一种兼具抗菌、除臭、吸甲醛功能的墙纸及其制备方法，墙纸包括原纸基底，所述原纸基底顶部粘接有吸附层，且吸附层顶部粘接有无纺布层；墙纸的制备方法，包括以下步骤：S1：将多层原纸相互粘接形成的原纸基底发送至生产装置内，原纸宽度约为565MM，基重为100g,横向浸水伸长率不大于百分之1.5。本发明通过由经炭纤维和纬炭纤维相互间隔交织形成的吸附层能够抗菌、除臭和吸甲醛的作用，且由经棉纤维和纬棉纤维相互紧密交织形成保温层能够使得墙体的保温隔热效果更好；通过无纺布层和涂料层能够提高墙纸的耐磨性和阻燃性能，通过硅胶电热片能够加热除潮湿，避免墙纸长时间使用后产生霉菌，通过粘接的活性炭板，方便对装饰件进行拆卸更换。
