The water drop energy dissipation vertical shaft comprises a first floor and a shield working well; a first floor underground and a second floor underground are arranged below the first floor; the first floor underground is provided with an operation room, a deodorization fan room and a ventilation device room; the second floor underground is provided with two water receiving wells, grid rooms, sand settling ponds and water collecting channels which are connected in sequence, and are correspondingly connected with a spiral stepped water drop well and a hydraulic spiral-flow type water drop well by an inflow corridor; a water distribution well communicating with the spiral stepped water drop well is connected with an upgrading rain water pipe; the water distribution well communicating with the hydraulic spiral-flow type water drop well is connected with an initial rain water pipe; and the lower end of the spiral stepped water drop well is connected with an upgrading rainwater bin in a deep tunnel through a deep storage pool and the lower end of the hydraulic spiral-flow type drop well is connected with an initial rainwater bin in the deep tunnel through the deep storage pond. According to the water drop energy dissipation vertical shaft, the effective flow dividing and storage are carried out on the upgrading rainwater and the initial rainwater respectively, and correspond to the inflow of the initial rainwater and the upgrading rainwater.
