The invention provides a mounting structure of an assembly-type prefabricated level-down ceiling. The mounting structure comprises a ceiling plate, a vertical connector, a horizontal connector and a light trough assembly, wherein the ceiling plate is arranged in the horizontal direction, and a first dovetail groove located in one side of the ceiling plate and a second dovetail groove located in the middle of the ceiling plate are formed in the top surface of the ceiling plate; the vertical connector comprises a hanger rod, a first connecting frame and a first buckle which are connected in sequence, the bottom of the first buckle is clamped in the first dovetail groove, and the top of the hanger rod is connected with a top wall; the horizontal connector comprises a second buckle, a second connecting frame and a third buckle which are connected in sequence, the second buckle is connected with a side wall, and the third buckle is clamped in the second dovetail groove; and the light troughassembly comprises a vertical plate and a light strip, the vertical plate is arranged in the vertical direction, and the bottom of the vertical plate is connected with the top surface of the ceilingplate.
