The invention provides a symmetric four-space double-frame non-avoidance stereo garage. The stereo garage comprises a fixed frame, two symmetric mobile rotating lifting non-avoidance parking platformsand parking platform guide rails. The fixed frame is of a rectangular steel structure, two parking spaces are arranged side by side under the fixed frame, and the fixed frame provides protection forlower-level vehicles and persons. The parking platforms are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the fixed frame, and platform plates stop above the fixed frame during parking. Lower cars are parkedin ground parking spaces under the fixed frame, and upper cars can enter and leave by moving of the respective parking platforms, rotation of columns and lifting of the platform plates. The two parking platforms share one fixed frame, so that the structure is more compact. No support columns are arranged between the two parking spaces under the fixed frame, and thus, parking is more convenient.
