The invention discloses wind power generation equipment utilizing forest wind energy. The wind power generation equipment utilizing the forest wind energy comprises bases, wherein a locking mechanismis arranged on the front end surfaces of the bases, each base is semicircular, and a clamping mechanism is arranged at the front ends of the bases; a complete circle is formed after the end surfaces of the two bases are propped against each other, so that a tree is positioned between the front base and the rear base; the two bases are fixed through the locking mechanism, and the tree is clamped through the clamping mechanism; and power generation cavities are formed in the bases. According to the wind power generation equipment utilizing the forest wind energy, by means of the mode of connecting with the tree in a forest, when the tree shakes due to the action of wind power, tree shaking energy can be converted into electric energy by the wind power generation equipment, and therefore thewind energy can be utilized; and compared with a traditional wind power plant, by means of the wind power generation equipment, the construction period is short, investment is small, and meanwhile after part of the wind energy is converted, the shaking angle of the tree can be reduced, and the tree can be prevented from being broken.
