The invention provides a wind power generation energy storage system and a wind power generation energy storage method, the wind power generation energy storage system comprises a power generation system (10) and an energy storage system (20), the power generation system (10) comprises a tower foundation (11), a tower drum (12), a wind turbine generator (13) and blades (14); the energy storage system (20) comprises a hoisting motor (21), a balance weight (22), a drilling hole channel (23) and power generation equipment, the balance weight (22) is arranged in the drilling hole channel (23), the hoisting motor (21) drives the balance weight (22) to ascend in the drilling hole channel (23) through electric energy generated by the wind turbine generator (13), the balance weight (22) drives the power generation equipment to generate power when descending in the drilling hole channel (23), and the electric energy is output through a power transmission line. The wind power generation energy storage system is more stable in power supply, the power generation utilization rate of the wind turbine generator is improved, the energy storage mode is low in cost, and the equipment loss is small.
