Method for preparing building gypsum from sulfuric acid-containing wastewater
The invention discloses a method for preparing building gypsum from sulfuric acid-containing wastewater. According to the method, limestone powder, sulfuric acid-containing wastewater and adipic acidare used as raw materials to prepare dihydrate gypsum, and the building gypsum is obtained after pretreatment, calcination and ball milling. The building gypsum powder meeting the requirements of building gypsum is prepared by controlling the technological conditions such as the adding frequency of limestone powder, the concentration of a crystal modifier, the concentration of an added sulfuric acid solution, the pH of a dihydrate gypsum acid pickling solution and the calcining temperature of dihydrate gypsum. The method has the advantages that the process conditions are simple and convenient,and the production cost is low; the recycling of the industrial waste sulfuric acid is realized; and the building gypsum prepared by the process is high in strength and can replace natural gypsum tobe applied to the building material industry.
本发明公开了一种用含硫酸废水制备建筑石膏的方法。该方法以石灰石粉体、含硫酸废水、己二酸为原料制备二水石膏,经预处理、煅烧、球磨后得到建筑石膏。通过控制石灰石粉体添加次数、控制转晶剂浓度、加入硫酸溶液的浓度、二水石膏酸洗溶液的pH、二水石膏的煅烧温度等工艺条件,制备出符合建筑石膏要求的建筑石膏粉。本发明的优点是:工艺条件简单便捷、生产成本低;实现了工业废硫酸的资源化利用;此工艺制备的建筑石膏强度高,可以代替天然石膏在建材行业中的应用。
