Graphene oxide polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of a graphene oxide polycarboxylate-type high-performance water reducing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a low-order intercalation intercalated graphite continuous material; (2) preparing graphite oxide; (3) preparing a graphene oxide solution; and (4) mixing and diluting the graphene oxide solution with water,stirring at a rotating speed of 2500-3000 revolutions per minute, then mixing the diluted graphene oxide solution with polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent powder, uniformly stirring, and then adjusting the pH to be neutral by using sodium hydroxide. Sulfuric acid is hardly consumed in the preparation process of the graphene oxide polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent, the water reducing agent can be repeatedly used, the risk of environmental pollution is effectively avoided, and the production cost is saved at the same time. In addition, in the preparation mixing process, ultrasonic dispersion equipment is omitted, preparation procedure links are reduced, and the equipment cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种氧化石墨烯聚羧酸系高性能减水剂的制备方法,包括步骤:1)制备低阶插层的插层石墨连续材料;2)制备氧化石墨;3)制备氧化石墨烯溶液;4)将氧化石墨烯溶液与水混合稀释,以每分钟2500‑3000转的转速搅拌,然后与聚羧酸高性能减水剂粉剂混合,再搅拌均匀,之后用氢氧化钠调节pH至中性。本氧化石墨烯聚羧酸系高性能减水剂在制备过程中几乎不消耗硫酸,且可重复使用,有效地避免了环境污染风险,同时也节约了生产成本。另外在制备混合过程中免除了超声分散设备和减少了制备工序环节,降低了设备了成本。
