Sulfoaluminate cement-based material for ocean repair and protection engineering and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a sulfoaluminate cement-based material for ocean repair and protection engineering and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of cement-based materials. The cement-based material is prepared from 100 parts of sulfoaluminate cement, 30 to 60 parts of fly ash, 10 to 40 parts of silica fume, 300 to 350 parts of a modified filler, 2 to 5 parts of an early strength agent, 1 to 3 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.02 to 0.04 part of an air entraining agent and 60 to 70 parts of water. The preparation method of the modified filler comprises the following steps: a, preparing a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution with the mass concentration of 3-4% to obtain a modifying solution; and b, soaking a filler composition in the modifying liquid for 1-2 h under stirring, then taking out the filler composition, and drying, wherein the filler composition comprises sand, diatomite and silicon carbide powder, which are evenly mixed according to the weight ratio of 1: (0.05-0.3): (0.02-0.2). The preparation method of the cement-based material comprises the following steps: a, preparing the modified filler; and b, uniformly mixing the raw materials at a stirring speed of 400 to 500 rpm for 5 to 10 min. The cement-based material has high strength and seawater corrosion resistance, and is suitable for being used as a repairing material of marine concrete.
