The general structural formula of the polycarboxylic acid wet-mixed mortar admixture is shownin the specification. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, adding unsaturated polyoxyethylene ether and water into a reactor, and fully stirring to completely dissolve solids; S2, adding an unsaturated phosphoric acid monomer solution into the obtained reaction base solution, stirring, adding an oxidizing agent, stirring to react for 10 min, and starting to dropwise add a solution A and a solution B at the same time for 1-1.5 h until the solution A and the solution B are completely dropwise added; S3, continuing to react for 1 h after drop-by-drop adding is completed in order to obtain a polycarboxylic acid reaction solution, adjusting the pH to be 6-7 with an alkali liquor, and adding cellulose ether, a phosphate thickening time control agent and water for adjustmentto obtain the product.
