The invention provides a concrete pouring construction method of a cast-in-place box girder. The method comprises the following steps: S001, dividing a box girder between every two adjacent pier columns in a designated area into a plurality of pouring stages in the longitudinal direction of the box girder, wherein the butt joint faces of every two adjacent pouring sections are obliquely arranged;S002, conducting pouring sequentially from the far end to the near end of a constructed girder section according to the multiple divided pouring sections; S003, when pouring is conducted to the end close to the near end of the constructed beam section, conducting the pouring of the pouring section reversely; S004, combining the pouring section poured at the far end of the constructed beam sectionwith the pouring section poured at the near end of the constructed beam section; and S005, circularly carrying out the steps S002 to S004 till pouring of the box girder in the designated area is completed. The box girder formed by pouring through the method meets the stress requirement, cracking of a box girder body is reduced, and then the stability of the box girder structure is improved.
