The invention relates to a construction method of a cast-in-place box girder triangular hanging basket suspended pouring formwork system. The construction method comprises the following steps that (1) a triangular hanging basket truss is assembled; (2) a rear anchor system is installed at the rear end of the main longitudinal beam; (3) a rear lower cross beam is constructed; (4) a front lower cross beam is installed; (5) bottom longitudinal beam construction is conducted, specifically, bottom longitudinal beams are laid between the front lower cross beams and the rear lower cross beams; (6) an outer mold sliding rail is installed; (7) inner mold sliding rail construction is conducted; (8) a hanging basket hydraulic pre-pressing system is constructed; (9) an outer mold is installed; (10) constructing an inner mold; and (11) the to-be-poured section is poured. In the invention, the triangular hanging basket truss is mounted by adopting a sliding track mechanism or a walking type walking device; the sliding track mechanism is light in overall weight, simple to construct and good in stability; when the walking type walking device is adopted for installation, laying of a track can be omitted, operation is easy, and the construction work efficiency is improved.
