The invention provides a wet type bottom sealing structure of an open caisson isolating bottom mold, and a construction method of the wet type bottom sealing structure. The bottom sealing structure ispositioned at the bottom of an open caisson chamber and comprises a wet type main body implementation structure and an isolating bottom mold structure; the wet type main body implementation structureconsists of bottom sealing reinforced concrete and primary sealing plain concrete; the isolating bottom mold structure consists of a steel framework, a water guide hole and a bottom mold; the bottommold is fixed to the steel framework; the water guide hole is formed in the bottom mold; the isolating bottom mold structure is placed on sludge at the bottom of the open caisson; the bottom mold is downward; the steel framework is upward; the primary plain concrete is poured on the isolating bottom mold structure; and the bottom sealing reinforced concrete is poured on the primary sealing plain concrete. When the construction method provided by the invention is adopted for construction, the sludge is isolated by adopting an isolation technology in a bottom sealing process of the open caissonso that the problem that the concrete cannot meet the strength requirements because the concrete is mixed with the sludge in the caisson in pouring construction can be prevented; and after pouring isended, an isolating layer and the bottom sealing plain concrete are combined to form a bottom sealing structure to resist the sludge, thereby enhancing the designed bottom sealing strength and also guaranteeing the project quality.
本发明提供一种沉井隔离底模湿式的封底结构及其施工方法,该封底结构位于沉井井室的底部,包括湿式主体实施结构和隔离底模结构;湿式主体实施结构由封底钢筋混凝土和初封素混凝土组成;隔离底模结构由钢骨架、导水孔、底模组成,底模固定在钢骨架上,在底模上设置导水孔;隔离底模结构置于沉井的井底淤泥之上,底模朝下,钢骨架朝上,隔离底模结构上面浇筑初封素混凝土,初封素混凝土上面浇筑封底钢筋混凝土。采用本方法进行施工时,在沉井封底时采用隔离技术将淤泥进行隔离,使混凝土浇筑施工时不至于同井内淤泥混合而达不到强度要求,浇筑完成后隔离层与封底素混凝土组合形成封底结构抵抗淤泥,既增强了设计封底强度又保证了工程质量。
