The invention discloses a counter-force support open caisson bottom sealing construction method, which relates to a building method and comprises the following steps: step A, sinking an open caisson to a design position without draining water; b, bottom sealing concrete is poured below the waterline in the open caisson till the bottom sealing is formed in the design position; c, after bottom sealing concrete pouring is completed, a counter-force supporting device is installed immediately; d, after the bottom sealing concrete reaches the design strength, accumulated water in the open caisson is pumped; f, reinforcing steel bars used for bottom plate pouring are bound to the sealing bottom; and G, bottom plate concrete is poured, and then concrete curing is conducted. Compared with the prior art, the thickness of the bottom sealing concrete can be effectively reduced, the thickness of the bottom sealing concrete can be reduced by 40%, materials are saved, cost is reduced, and the counter-force supporting device can be adjusted according to open caissons of different sizes.
