FRP sheet connecting structure and method for prefabricated I-shaped shear wall-composite floor slab system
The invention provides an FRP sheet connecting structure and method for a prefabricated I-shaped shear wall-composite floor slab system. The prefabricated I-shaped shear wall-composite floor slab system comprises prefabricated objects such as foundations, shear walls, parapet walls and floor slabs, and the objects are connected through bolts and the FRP sheet connecting structure. The shear wall comprises an I-shaped section main body wall and L-shaped, T-shaped, cross-shaped and other edge components, and the prefabricated floor slab is a rectangular plane plate; two adjacent shear walls in the same plane are symmetrically pasted with horizontal adjacent wall connecting FRP sheets in the vertical direction of a wall seam; for two adjacent floor slabs, adjacent slab edge FRP sheets are pasted on the lower surfaces of the slabs in the longitudinal direction of slab joints; vertical connection between the shear walls is achieved through flange bolts; and the prefabricated floor slabs areplaced on the shear wall flanges and are connected through the composite layer in a pouring mode. The FRP sheet connecting structure and method for the prefabricated I-shaped shear wall-composite floor slab system can solve the problems that an existing prefabricated shear wall structure is low in efficiency, poor in environmental benefit, not prone to guaranteeing the connecting performance andthe like in the procedures of manufacturing, transporting, hoisting, connecting and the like.
本发明提供的预制工字形剪力墙—叠合楼板体系的FRP片材连接结构及方法,包含预制的基础、剪力墙、女儿墙、楼板等对象,这些对象的连接均采用螺栓及FRP片材连接结构。剪力墙包括工字形截面主体墙和L形、T形、十字形等边缘构件,预制楼板为矩形平面板;同一平面内相邻的两片剪力墙,沿着墙缝竖向、在墙的两侧对称粘贴有水平邻墙连接FRP片材;两相邻楼板,沿着板缝纵向、在板的下表面粘贴有邻板骑缝FRP片材;剪力墙之间的竖向连接采用翼缘螺栓连接;所述预制楼板搁置在剪力墙翼缘上、并用叠合层浇筑连接。本发明可以解决现有预制装配式剪力墙结构在制作、运输、吊装、连接等工序中的效率低下、环境效益差、连接性能不易保证等问题。
