FRP sheet connecting structure and method for prefabricated line-shaped shear wall-composite floor slab system
The invention provides an FRP sheet connecting structure and an FRP sheet connection method for a prefabricated line-shaped shear wall-composite floor slab system in order to connect prefabricated base, shear wall, parapet and floor slab objects. The two sides of two pieces of adjacent shear walls in the same plane are symmetrically adhered with horizontal adjacent wall connecting FRP sheets and in the vertical direction of a wall mullion; adjacent slab edge junction FRP sheets are adhered to the lower sides of two adjacent prefabricated floor slabs and in the vertical direction a slab joint;vertical connection of a lower inner wall/inner base and an upper inner wall as well as vertical connection of the lower inner wall/inner base and the floor slabs are both realized in a way that vertical adjacent walls are connected with the FRP sheets and single-side hanging plate FRP sheets; and the top surface of each floor slab is poured with a concrete laminated layer. The FRP sheet connecting structure provided by the invention can solve the problems that an existing prefabricated assembly type shear wall structure is low in efficiency, poor in environmental benefit, unstable in connection performance and the like in steps such as manufacturing, transportation, lifting and connection.
本发明提供的一种预制一字形剪力墙—叠合楼板体系的FRP片材连接结构及方法,连接预制的基础、剪力墙、女儿墙、楼板对象。同一平面内相邻的两片剪力墙,沿着墙缝竖向、在墙的两侧对称粘贴有水平邻墙连接FRP片材;两相邻预制楼板,沿着板缝纵向、在板下侧粘贴有邻板骑缝FRP片材;下边墙/边基础与上边墙的竖向连接及其与楼板之间的垂直连接、下内墙/内基础与上内墙的竖向连接及其与楼板之间的垂直连接,均通过竖向邻墙连接FRP片材、单侧挂板FRP片材予以实现;所有楼板的顶面都浇筑有一层混凝土叠合层。本发明可解决现有预制装配式剪力墙结构在制作、运输、吊装、连接等工序中的效率低下、环境效益差、连接性能不稳定等问题。
