Thermal insulation mortar and preparation process thereof
The invention discloses thermal insulation mortar and a preparation process thereof. The thermal insulation mortar comprises 5 to 8 parts of diatomite, 4 to 6 parts of quartz sand, 3 to 5 parts of perlite, 1 to 3 parts of hollow glass beads, 1 to 3 parts of hollow ceramic beads, 2 to 4 parts of sepiolite, 0.6 to 0.8 part of aerogel powder and 0.5 to 0.7 part of polypropylene fibers. The preparation process comprises the following steps: grinding the diatomite, the quartz sand and the perlite; grinding the hollow glass beads and the hollow ceramic beads; mixing the obtained powder; adding the sepiolite; adding the polypropylene fibers; adding the aerogel powder; and performing air drying.Through the above seven steps, the prepared thermal insulation mortar is stable in structure and high incrack resistance, and has excellent thermal insulation and heat preservation effects; the diatomite arranged in the thermal insulation mortar has strong adsorbability, and the diatomite enables othercomponents of the thermal insulation mortar to be combined more tightly, so the structural stability of the thermal insulation mortar is improved; and the thermal insulation mortar has excellent thermal insulation performance by using silicon dioxide aerogel with extremely high porosity as a component of the thermal insulation mortar.
