According to the rail transit base plate, a halogen content is greatly reduced, and environmental protection requirements are met; meanwhile, after the base plate is used, vibration and noise reduction effect on rail is good; and the base plate hashigh smoothness, excellent stability and excellent aging resistance, applicability to a wide high and low temperature range, extremely low shrinkage rate after used in an environment with a temperature of -60 DEG C to 120 DEG C for a long time, a small compression deformation rate and static rigidity of smaller than 30 KN/mm.
