The invention discloses an improved high-liquid-limit soil roadbed filling structure and a construction method thereof. The construction method comprises the following steps: dividing a construction road section into zone structures according to specifications and actual requirements to form a roadbed layered filling structure, and filling high-liquid-limit soil with different components on each layer of each zone position: simultaneously doping tunnel hole slag or cement with different proportions, wherein the filling structure comprises a 93 area, a 94 area and a 96 area which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top. The 96 area comprises a 96-1 layer, a 96-2 layer, a 96-3 layer and a 96-4 layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top. The filling structure provided by the invention is suitable for filling a roadbed according to a wet method and a road section with insufficient high-liquid-limit soil strength, the design and construction requirements are met, a compact gravel soil body structure is formed by a soil body, the skeleton effect of coarse particles is obvious, and the indexes such as CBR, compactness and resilience modulus can be obviously improved.
本发明公开了一种改良高液限土路基填筑结构及施工方法,施工方法将施工路段按照规范和实际要求进行区层结构划分,形成一种路基分层填筑结构,对对各区位的每层选择不同成分的高液限土进行填筑:同时掺入不同比例的隧道洞渣或水泥;填筑结构包括由下至上依次排列的93区、94区与96区;96区包括由下至上依次排列的96‑1层、96‑2层、96‑3层与96‑4层。本发明提出的填筑结构适合按照湿法填筑路基且高液限土强度不足路段,满足设计及施工需求,使土体形成密实的碎石土体结构,粗颗粒的骨架作用较为明显,CBR、压实度、回弹模量等指标均会得到明显提高。
